Swan Creek Stables

Meet Paige.  She is a 16.1 hand fleabitten gray Thoroughbred mare.  She was foaled in April of 1998 (unraced) out of "Sail Me Again" and "Dancing Iron".  Paige came to us after having been a broodmare. (We have one of her offspring on the property now).  Paige is 13 years old and has a wonderful tempermant. Paige is a shining example of Thoroughbred conformation, and would do well in english-type halter classes. Paige is has been shown in western pleasure (here is the link for the video on Facebook) as well as english hunter (here is the link for the video on Facebook). Her walk and her trot are slow and easygoing. Her lope has a bit of pep to it, but she is still in training. She would make a wonderful trail horse as well and has been taken on the trails by a seven-year old, and she behaved quite nicely. She has stood quietly for vet and farrier care.
